Vinification

Manual harvesting of grapes in 20 kg perforated crates.

Selection of the best bunches, soft pressing of the grapes and clarification of the must by cold decanting.

Clarification of the must by cold decantation.

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (16°C).

Ageing possible in terracotta amphorae (2020).

Tasting notes

Color

Intense with slight greenish reflections.

Aroma

Intense, varietal: emerges citrus, notes of orange and lemon peel, hints of orange blossom and herbaceous aromas of rosemary and thyme in the background.

Taste

Harmonious, full-bodied, good balance between acidity and fruit. Fruit, long and persistent finish.
