Winery visit
Come visit me in the winery
ATTENTION – WE WILL BE CLOSED ON 12 – 13 -14 15 AUGUST
If you are looking for a unique place with views over landscapes of rare beauty and at the same time you want to have a unique experience that can stimulate all your senses and expand your knowledge of the world of wine and production from the vine to the bottle, don’t miss out the opportunity to visit my winery.
Reserve your visit
The tour will begin with a walk through of the vineyard, where I’ll tell you all about our beautiful land and our history. You’ll see where and how our grapes are grown, and you’ll learn all about the soil properties and cultivation methods that make our wines so unique.
We’ll then proceed to the winery, where I’ll explain our wine making techniques step by step. Each wine follows a different process, which I’ll share with you.
We’ll end our visit with the tasting of our wines, accompanied by a charcuterie board that’s typical of the area.
The minimum number of participants is 2.
You will eventually be included in a tour where the request are compatible (possibility of a private visit upon express request).
There are two tasting levels:
- BASIC TASTING (Euro 20 per person): we will taste 4 wines together: two whites – my MO’ FREM dry moscato made in steel and a sauvignon – and two local red wines, the barbera declined in its most important and representative versions , the Barbera D’Asti DOCG and Barbera D’Asti Superiore DOCG, accompanied by locally produced artisan bread sticks;
- COMPLETE TASTING (Euro 28 per person): in addition to the wines provided for the basic tasting, you can taste two real gems that you will hardly find elsewhere: my MO’ FREM dry moscato aged in terracotta amphorae, and finally a Merlot aged in oak tonneaux, obviously always accompanied by locally produced artisan bread sticks.
If you wish to accompany your tasting with a platter of local products, you can do so, upon reservation and at the price of 8 euros per person.
